Hot Pick: Barry M Nail Polish

If you’ve noticed I’ve removed the ‘of the week’ as I’m no longer going to choose an item each week. Instead I’ll be picking something as and when I feel like it. Nail art has featured quite heavily during the fashion week’s just gone and the Giles manicure caused quite a bit of a frenzy with people trying to recreate their own DIY manicure and post pictures on the net. I’m quite fond of nail art and polish, not for myself of course. I just think it’s another way to express your personality in your look and nicely coloured nails round off a polished outfit. One of my own pet peeves is chipped nail polish, I don’t know it’s just one of those things that makes me cringe when I see it.
For this Hot Pick I’ve chosen Barry M nail polish or Bazza M as I like to call it. It’s one the brands that my girlfriend uses the most and she seem’s to have tried loads. I also noticed when I was at Harvey Nichols a lot of the girls there seemed to like it, mainly due to it’s durability. My girlfriend compared it to some Chanel nail polish that she got last christmas and stayed on with out chipping for a lot longer. I also think the colour range that they do is awesome, they a lot of the cool more funky colours like neons and pastels as well as your normal colours such as the traditional reds etc. So if you’re thinking of adding a bit of colour to your outfit and are on a tight budget then definitely check out some Barry M nail polish.

Compared to the mass other nail varnish’s of all prices, barry m wins hands down.
oh and they don’t really go with the colour trends. they bring in new colours but not specifically to push in your face and call it ‘on trend’
Loooove neon polish, I’ve got some on now. Definitely will be keeping an eye out for these great colors. Especially since they looked so great on the runways for the Spring 2011 Collections!

wow, those colors are fun! i have never heard of this brand! a couple of months ago, i had to stop color my nails because they suffered from the polish remover. but yesterday i went to the manicure and painted them RED

Big nail polish fan here! However, I do have to admit that mine gets chipped because I bite my nails sometimes… Shame on me! Like these colors a lot, I think I would mostly wear them during the summer, I prefer darker colors during fall and winter.

I’m like alot of people – a big fan of Barry M (or should that be Bazza M!)…not only do they do so great classic shades but so many different shades on a budget! In love with Dusky Mauve and Mushroom…not to mention there glitter shades!
